Gnostic Editions U.K., based in London, United Kingdom, is devoted to translating, selling and distributing books worldwide.

Gnostic Editions U.K. has all the legal requirements and licences to publish, distribute and sell the whole Gnostic Work of Samael Aun Weor (Víctor Manuel Gómez Rodríguez). All its publications are protected under the Berne Convention and the Universal Copyright Convention (UCC).

Gnostic Editions U.K. is part of an international body of publishers which for more than thirty years has been publishing the books of Samael Aun Weor in some of the main languages. What are the benefits of having an account?

We ask that all customers create an account and have made this process as simple and as quick as possible. When you place an order for the first time, we’ll ask for details of your email address, name and your choice of password. Your account will enable you to:

      • Edit and change the name on your account
      • Edit and change your contact details (for example, email address)
      • Edit and change delivery address(s)
      • View your order and email history
      • Access your Digital Library (all the download links of purchased eBooks)
      • Edit and change your Password

      It’s easy to do, and once an account has been registered, click Sign In to access your account.

– Ordering, Payment and Delivery

Ordering Information

To purchase any products for sale on our website you need to submit a completed order and make full payment for that order using the payment system provided. Please provide a valid email address, otherwise we will not be able to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be confirmed automatically by email once the payment has been processed. This email constitutes your order confirmation.

There are two payment methods in Gnostic Editions UK:

– Through credit or debit card

– Through PayPal

Ordering from Gnostic Editions U.K., using a credit or debit card for payment, is very easy and secure using our Shopping Cart facility (Secure Payment System). Simply click on the appropriate ‘Buy Now’ button found below the book you wish to purchase to add it to your shopping cart.

Click on ‘My Cart’ icon on the menu bar any time to see the current contents of your shopping cart. At this stage you can add further items by clicking ‘Continue Shopping’ before proceeding to the next screen through the ‘Go to Checkout’ button.

At this stage you will see the shipping costs (when applicable).

– Accepted Currencies

Purchases in Gnostic Editions UK can be made in the following currencies:

      •  GB Pound (sterling)
      • Euro
      • US Dollar
      • Canadian Dollar
      • Australian Dollar

      By clicking on the Currency Selector on the right you can select one of the five above-mentioned currencies, and automatically all prices on the website will be displayed in the selected currency.

– Payment Terms

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The payment will be charged to your card as soon as your order is acknowledged.

– Delivery

On reception of your order, it will be processed, you will be invoiced and the book(s) supplied to you on receipt of payment. Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt.

We endevour to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery time can vary depending on destination.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the UK, to Europe and to the rest of the world.

Which address will my order be sent to?

Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address entered when you placed your order as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. You can track your order via the order history section of  My Account. From here you can check the status of your order including whether it has been dispatched.

When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 1-3 working days within the UK,  5-7 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days for the Rest of the World.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame and was sent via Royal Mail, please allow 10 working days for it to arrive before contacting Customer Services.  If it was sent on a trackable service and there are issues with delivery, please contact us so we can resolve this for you.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the confirmation email.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; i.e. an explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of Government action, failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.

– Customs & Excise Duties and Import Taxes

For all customers outside the United Kingdom, customs & excise duties and import taxes may be charged by your national customs’ authorities. Gnostic Editions UK has no control of these charges and these must be paid to the customs authorities by the person who ordered the items, or by the person named as the recipient.

– Our Cancellation and Returns Policy

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty, but you need to clearly communicate your instructions to us.

The following conditions will apply:

        • You need to contact us to report the problem or your wish to return.
        • The goods must be in a saleable condition.
        • You must quote your Invoice Number and state which goods you are returning.
        • You will be responsible for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us, except where they were faulty or damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
        • If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right not to accept their return and your payment will not be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you pack them carefully, obtain proof of despatch and arrange appropriate insurance.

        Provided goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, and within 14 days of receipt of your written notice of cancellation, we will refund any monies paid to us in respect of the cancelled order. The refund will be for the price of the goods returned as stated on your invoice, excluding all delivery charges.

        If the reason for the return is the result of our error or if the product was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery charges.

        No right of cancellation exists where the goods that you wish to return are:

        • eBooks
        • gift cards

        This does not affect your right to return incorrect or damaged goods – see below.

        Incorrect or Damaged Goods

        If the goods delivered to you do not include all of the items that you ordered, or include incorrect or damaged items, you may return such goods to us. You need to contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. All such returns must be made in their original condition with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or damaged.

        Upon receipt of the goods in question, and following an examination of them, we will credit you with an appropriate refund.

        This does not affect your statutory rights.

        In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
